| Our Office Dr. Frazier’s dental practice in located in the Parkside Medical Center, at the corner of Santa Monica Boulevard and Cloverfield Boulevard. The office is located on the fourth floor and is wheelchair accessible. Parking is available at the medical center, but we do not validate parking. We suggest that you find metered street parking on several of the streets east and south of the building There is also a Santa Monica Blue Bus stop in front of the building. Parkside Pharmacy is available on the first floor for purchase of dental supplies. Staff 
Sheila Musgrove, office manager, has worked alongside Dr. Frazier for over twenty four years, answering questions, scheduling appointments, and working with insurance companies to help patients maximize their benefits. Sheila hails from Coco, Florida and is the mother of Kia, a sophomore at Santa Monica College. Sheila’s warm, southern hospitality calms even the most nervous of first time patients. Jenny Plog, dental assistant, is the perfect match for Dr. Frazier’s skills. She is responsible for chairside assisting, disinfecting instruments, and taking digital x-rays. She is calm, sweet, and very gentle. She has been a wonderful addition to our team. Our excellent team of hygienists include Dixie, Lisa, Virginia, and Leslie who work together with Dr. Frazier to bring about a high standard of periodontal therapy. Each hygienist has an hour to examine, clean, polish, x-ray, and answer any dental concerns. Dr. Frazier also meets with each patient following a cleaning to review medical histories and address any new concerns.
